Turkey Meatballs

Meatball
1 Pound Ground Turkey
2 Scallions – Chopped
1 Tomatoe – Chopped
1 Cup of Almond Crackers – Blended to Powder
Cilantro – 1 Handful Chopped
Season to taste with Himalayan Salt, Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 Cup Avocado Oil

Vegetable Medley
3 Carrots – Chopped
1 Zucchini or other vegetables – Chopped

Place all ingredients for Meatballs in a bowl and mix together until combined. Roll into large balls. Then coat the bottom of a large baking dish with avocado oil.. place the Meatballs in baking dish, roll them with avocado oil. Should make about 8.

Then place other Chopped vegetables like carrots or Zucchini or both in the pan. Pour 1/2 Cup of filtered water in baking dish then Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Serve with rice.

According to Ayurveda you shouldn’t combine multiple animal proteins. This dish is able to accomplish that and it’s delicious and an easy 1 pot dinner! ENJOY
