1 Cup Quinoa
2 Cups Filtered Water
3 Green Onions / Scallions Chopped
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1 Tablespoon Ghee
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 inch Chopped Ginger
Directions
1. Cook 1 cup Quinoa with 2 cups Filtered Water for 15-20 minutes or until soft and fluffy and all water is evaporated.
2. In the mean time, in a skillet add 1 tbsp ghee and Sautee all nuts and seeds and green oils until aromatic (about 5-10 min).
3. Once Quinoa is complete pour into seed and nut mixture. Then add fresh chopped ginger and salt and pepper.
Serve with Fresh Steamed String Beans
