Ingredients:
Steel Cut Oats
Coconut Oil
Flax Seeds
Hemp Seeds
Sunflower seeds
Dried Cranberries
Almond Butter
Honey
Cinnamon
Directions:
Prepare steel cut oats according to the packaging. (*I generally add extra water then recommended so I don’t accidentally burn the bottom of the pan!). In a separate pot, put 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1/2 tsp of flax seeds, 1/2 tsp hemp seeds and 1 tbsp of dried cranberries and sunflower seeds. Heat until the cranberries are plump. Once the oatmeal is cooked, add the heated fruit/nut meadly. Then drizzle almond butter and honey and then season with cinnamon on the oatmeal.
