Ayurvedic Oatmeal

1/2 Cup Organic Rolled Oats
1 Cup Organic Almond Milk or Filtered Water
1 Tsp Ground Flax Seed
2 Tsp Sunflower Seeds
2 Tsp Pumpkin Seeds
2-4 Prunes
2 Tsp raisins
1 Tsp Hemp Seeds
1 Tsp Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp Ghee
Pinch of Cinnamon

In a pot, cook Oats with Almond milk or Water for 10 minutes, slightly covered on medium low heat. Simultaneously, prepare sauteed seeds.

Saute all the seeds and dried fruits in a separate pan on medium low heat with 1 Tbsp Ghee. Once aromatic and slightly plump turn off heat and add to cooked oatmeal.

Add Pinch of Cinnamon at the end – Enjoy!
