During your Ayurveda initial consultation, your Ayurvedic Practitioner will evaluate your state of health, assessing balance and imbalance from an Ayurvedic perspective. Various Ayurvedic assessment methods evaluate the entire body including pulse reading, tongue examinations, body type determination, diet, lifestyle, state of mind and emotional balance.
Upon completion of examination, your ayurvedic practitioner will provide a comprehensive health protocol individualized to your specific needs. Guidelines may include diet, daily and seasonal routines, lifestyle modifications, yoga, breathing techniques, detoxes, herbs and supplements. Rejuvenation methods and body therapies that are relevant to promoting your health and vitality may be discussed.
